Qualifications & Experience
- G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of store procedures, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
- Professional qualification in Store Management will be an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Sinhala and English.
- SAP system knowledge and computer literacy will be advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and manage inventory-related responsibilities effectively.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage finished goods inventory, including receiving, storing, and loading items.
- Coordinate export order follow-ups with production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure timely international deliveries.
- Ensure proper handling, picking, packing, and dispatch of finished goods in accordance with company SOPs.
- Supervise dispatch operations and maintain performance standards.
- Support inventory accuracy through proper stock control procedures.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly management reports and presentations.
- Monitor warehouse activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Meet departmental targets and operational deadlines set by management.
