Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 08 years of experience supervising construction labour in road construction projects.
- Proven experience managing construction site activities and labour teams.
- Strong understanding of road construction processes and site operations.
- Ability to coordinate workforce activities to achieve project objectives efficiently.
- Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction labour activities on-site.
- Monitor workforce productivity and ensure work is completed according to project schedules.
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities to labour teams effectively.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, site management, and subcontractors to support project execution.
- Monitor construction progress and report site activities to management.
- Identify and address site-related issues to minimize delays and disruptions.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and operational efficiency among site personnel.
