Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Proven track record of leading engineering initiatives and mentoring development teams
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale software solutions
- Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud platforms, and distributed systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working directly with clients and translating business requirements into technical solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discussions with clients and stakeholders
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical strategies
- Take ownership of new initiatives and guide engineering teams toward successful delivery
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and support their professional growth
- Design, develop, and architect robust multi-tenant SaaS platforms
- Maintain high standards of software quality, security, and governance
- Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Mitigate technical risks and ensure long-term system stability
- Drive architectural decisions and engineering best practices
- Collaborate across teams to deliver innovative software solutions
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python development
- Familiarity with enterprise backend technologies such as Java or TypeScript
- Extensive experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure
- Knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI systems
- Experience with LangGraph or similar AI frameworks
- Expertise in Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and GraphQL services
- Knowledge of distributed systems and modern software architecture patterns
- Experience with PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, MongoDB, and other database technologies
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
