Qualifications & Experience
- NVQ Level 4 (Civil) qualification or an equivalent recognized qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction projects
- At least 2 years of experience in road construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and site operations
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Experience working in large-scale infrastructure projects will be an added advantage
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the supervision and coordination of road construction activities
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to specifications
- Support site engineers and project management teams in daily operations
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Maintain project records and technical documentation
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
- Assist in resolving technical issues encountered during project execution
- Monitor material usage and construction quality standards
- Support timely completion of project milestones
