Qualifications & Experience
- NCT, NDES, or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 06 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies and site operations.
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects will be an added advantage.
- Ability to coordinate and monitor technical aspects of construction activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising and coordinating daily construction activities on-site.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and support quality assurance processes.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and site personnel.
- Prepare and maintain technical reports, records, and project documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and construction standards.
- Identify technical issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Support project planning and resource coordination activities.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of building construction techniques and practices.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
