Qualifications & Experience
- Passed the G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination with credit passes for Mathematics and English.
- Passed the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination with simple passes in three main subjects.
- Banking-related qualifications will be considered an added advantage.
- Age should be 23 years or below.
- Experience in Banking, Finance, Sales, or Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Good command of English and the local language.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work proactively and creatively.
- Passion for achieving targets in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily banking operations and branch activities.
- Provide excellent customer service to branch customers.
- Assist customers with banking products and services.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives undertaken by the branch.
- Handle administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
