Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline from a recognized university.

OR

  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar Access Management, Information Security, or IT Operations role.
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with information security standards, access control concepts, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Exposure to audit and compliance processes will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of workflow automation tools and access management solutions will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process user access requests, modifications, and revocations in accordance with approved policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Administer user accounts and access privileges across company systems and applications.
  • Maintain accurate records of user access requests, approvals, and changes.
  • Enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) principles and approved access matrices.
  • Review and monitor privileged access assignments to ensure compliance with internal policies and security standards.
  • Assist in conducting periodic user access reviews and recertification exercises.
  • Support internal, external, and regulatory audits by providing required documentation and evidence.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance departmental access matrices.
  • Coordinate with business units to standardize and streamline access management requirements.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process manuals, and operational guidelines.
  • Support automation initiatives related to access request processing, reporting, and monitoring.
  • Participate in Identity and Access Management (IAM) enhancement projects and process improvement initiatives.
