Qualifications & Experience
- Proven track record in senior management, business development, sales leadership, or channel management.
- Extensive experience within the banking, finance, leasing, or financial services sector.
- Strong expertise in branch network management and business growth strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.
- Experience in developing and implementing brand and channel strategies.
- Strong knowledge of credit portfolio management and business expansion initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to drive organizational growth and change management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel and brand strategies to support business growth.
- Drive the growth and performance of the company’s credit portfolio.
- Expand the branch network to improve geographic coverage and market penetration.
- Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing sales teams.
- Introduce new products and develop innovative business channels.
- Build, strengthen, and manage dealer and partner networks.
- Plan and execute effective promotional and marketing campaigns.
