Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of office administration procedures and documentation management.
  • Experience in recruitment coordination and interview scheduling will be an advantage.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain employee attendance, absenteeism, and leave records.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
  • Maintain and manage administrative files, records, and documentation.
  • Prepare and submit administrative reports to management.
  • Support day-to-day office administration functions.
  • Ensure proper record-keeping and document control procedures.
  • Assist management with administrative planning and coordination.
  • Handle correspondence and internal administrative communications.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
