Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR management experience.
- Experience in the hospitality, café, restaurant, or hotel industry will be a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience handling recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR management systems.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Oversee employee relations and professionally resolve workplace issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Manage attendance, leave administration, and employee records.
- Support department managers with workforce planning and talent management.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance on employee development.
- Promote employee engagement and maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Prepare HR reports and provide recommendations to management.
