Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources and Operations Management.
- Exposure to MIHCM or similar HR management systems will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of payroll administration and statutory compliance.
- Experience in attendance management and leave administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work with multiple departments and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare payroll and submit periodic statutory returns to regulatory bodies including EPF and ETF.
- Manage employee attendance records and leave administration processes.
- Monitor workflow efficiency and ensure process compliance.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate organizational records.
- Assist in data analysis and performance tracking activities.
- Support workforce planning initiatives and resource optimization programs.
- Coordinate with different departments to understand and address operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
