Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in IT Operations, AIOps implementation, or endpoint management.
- Proven experience configuring observability platforms and AIOps machine learning tools.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, Windows event logs, and End User Computing (EUC) telemetry.
- Knowledge of Incident and Problem Management (ITSM) frameworks.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in optimizing distributed networks and enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in high-availability and mission-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and fine-tune enterprise observability and monitoring platforms for distributed banking infrastructure.
- Deploy AI-driven insights and AIOps tools to analyze complex operational data streams.
- Detect anomalies proactively and identify root causes across IT environments.
- Develop automated scripts and self-healing solutions to resolve recurring system issues.
- Create dynamic real-time operational dashboards to monitor infrastructure performance.
- Track network health, ATM uptime, endpoint performance, and service availability.
- Reduce incident volumes and improve Mean Time to Detect (MTTD) and Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR).
- Ensure SLA compliance through proactive monitoring and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize operational processes and infrastructure reliability.
- Support continuous improvement of banking technology platforms and operational excellence.
