Qualifications & Experience
- Foundation or Certificate qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Previous experience in office administration will be a definite advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Professional attitude with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle administrative tasks and support daily office operations.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including interview coordination.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Coordinate company events and staff activities.
- Handle employee health insurance-related matters.
- Monitor attendance records and prepare attendance reports.
- Prepare performance evaluation forms and related documentation.
- Create and manage job advertisements.
- Prepare and maintain HR-related documents and records.
- Support HR and administrative functions as assigned.
