Key Responsibilities
- Prepare management information reports and key business insights for senior management.
- Conduct detailed analysis of financial and operational data.
- Develop robust business forecasts, assumptions, and financial models.
- Generate accurate and timely management reports.
- Support strategic planning and decision-making processes through data-driven insights.
- Handle ad-hoc reporting and analytical requirements as assigned.
- Monitor business performance indicators and identify trends.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Professional or academic qualification (partially or fully completed) in CIMA, ACCA, CA, or a degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 4+ years of similar experience in an NBFI or banking sector environment.
- Experience in a reputed audit firm will be considered an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Experience in management reporting and business analytics is preferred.
