Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant industry experience in the Leasing sector.
- Experience at Senior Executive level or above will be advantageous for senior positions.
- Sound knowledge of credit evaluation and leasing documentation.
- Proven experience in sales and business development activities.
- Experience in leading and motivating sales teams towards achieving targets.
- Strong understanding of leasing products and financial services.
- Previous experience in a finance company, banking institution, or leasing company will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement leasing strategies and operational plans within the assigned area.
- Achieve branch business targets and individual sales targets assigned by management.
- Conduct customer field visits and outdoor business promotion activities regularly.
- Identify and develop new leasing business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Evaluate customer requirements and recommend suitable leasing solutions.
- Support credit evaluation and documentation processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth processing of leasing applications.
- Contribute to overall branch growth and business development initiatives.
