Qualifications & Experience
- Successfully completed AAT Sri Lanka First Level.
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) examination.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with systems such as mTraffic and mCollector will be an added advantage.
- School leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in Sinhala and English.
- Knowledge of media industry operations, clients, and agencies will be beneficial.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule advertising content using the mTraffic system.
- Prepare final daily schedules for the Programming Department.
- Transfer commercial content through the mCollector system.
- Handle media material transfers while ensuring quality and compliance with broadcasting guidelines.
- Check client schedules and accurately enter scheduling information.
- Verify transmission certificates against advertising schedules.
- Coordinate scheduling activities to ensure smooth broadcasting operations.
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency in programming and scheduling processes.
- Support teamwork, punctuality, and corporate work standards.
