Qualifications & Experience
- Completion of G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) examination with good results.
- School leavers who are eager to start their careers are encouraged to apply.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Good administrative and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
- Previous experience in administration, operations, or customer service will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for branch operations.
- Prepare and maintain documents for the Sales Support Division.
- Maintain accurate records and registers related to branch operations.
- Answer incoming calls and provide professional customer service.
- Assist with branch documentation and filing activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support operational processes.
- Ensure accurate handling of branch records and administrative tasks.
- Support day-to-day branch operational activities as assigned.
