Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in the insurance or financial services sector will be an added advantage.
  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle branch recruitment processes in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate sales staff registrations and nominations for IRCSL examinations.
  • Manage branch receipting activities accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in organizing monthly review meetings and sales training programs.
  • Prepare sales performance reports and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding medical pending matters and technical requirements.
  • Maintain operational records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Support smooth day-to-day branch operations and administrative activities.
