Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in the insurance or financial services sector will be an added advantage.
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle branch recruitment processes in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate sales staff registrations and nominations for IRCSL examinations.
- Manage branch receipting activities accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in organizing monthly review meetings and sales training programs.
- Prepare sales performance reports and related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding medical pending matters and technical requirements.
- Maintain operational records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Support smooth day-to-day branch operations and administrative activities.
