Qualifications & Experience
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in sales, banking, insurance, or customer service will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote AIA Insurance products through bancassurance partnerships.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers.

- Conduct product presentations and customer awareness activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
