Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a coordination or operations role.
  • Experience in FMCG, water distribution, logistics, or related industries will be an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and logistics operations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily branch operations including sales support and delivery scheduling.
  • Enter and maintain daily sales ticket information within company systems.
  • Monitor and tally stock balances on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  • Follow up on pending deliveries and outstanding collections.
  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Support warehouse and logistics activities to improve efficiency.
  • Handle customer inquiries and coordinate complaint resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
  • Maintain punctuality and adherence to assigned working schedules.
