Job Overview
Fintrex Finance PLC is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Branch Operations Incharge (Assistant Manager Grade) for its Kalutara Branch. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and compliant functioning of branch operations, supervising teller and back-office activities, maintaining operational controls, supporting customer service excellence, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day branch operations while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Supervise safe operations and dual-key control processes within the branch.
- Monitor teller activities, gold loan operations, transaction processing, and documentation accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and CBSL regulations.
- Lead customer service delivery and resolve branch-level operational issues.
- Supervise and guide branch staff in the absence of the Branch Manager.
- Coordinate with Finance, Gold Loan, Deposits, and Administration departments on branch-related matters.
- Act as the designated branch operations lead during the Branch Manager’s absence.
- Support audit processes and maintain zero tolerance for critical operational violations.
- Ensure smooth branch administration and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or part/full professional qualification in Banking, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in branch operations, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of compliance requirements, dual-control processes, teller operations, and CBSL regulatory requirements.
- Proven leadership, coordination, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle operational escalations effectively.
