Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role or capacity.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in branch operations and customer service functions.
- Strong understanding of administrative and operational procedures.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist all customers visiting the branch while maintaining high customer service standards.
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operational functions of the branch.
- Administer branch operations in the absence of the Branch Manager.
- Improve operational efficiency and productivity in line with organizational standards.
- Ensure branch operations comply with audit requirements and internal procedures.
- Adhere to Central Bank of Sri Lanka regulations and company policies.
- Support branch administration and operational reporting activities.
- Maintain effective coordination between customers and branch staff.
