Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Experience within the Food Service or HORECA sector will be highly advantageous
  • Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Age below 35 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand business opportunities within the Food Service and HORECA segment
  • Identify and onboard new customers including hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering service providers
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales volume and revenue targets
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional agreements with customers
  • Coordinate with logistics, marketing, finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback
  • Conduct regular market visits and maintain a strong presence within the assigned territory
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and effective management of receivables
  • Plan and execute promotional activities and product placement initiatives
