Qualifications & Experience

Commis 3 Baker

  • Basic knowledge of baking and pastry preparation.
  • Relevant vocational training or hospitality education will be an advantage.
  • Passion for bakery production and food preparation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Willingness to learn and develop professional baking skills.

Commis 2 Baker

  • Previous experience in bakery or pastry production preferred.
  • Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards.
  • Ability to assist in producing bakery items consistently and efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and production of bakery and pastry items.
  • Follow standardized recipes and production procedures.
  • Maintain product quality and presentation standards.
  • Support senior bakers and pastry chefs in daily operations.
