Qualifications & Experience
Commis 3 Baker
- Basic knowledge of baking and pastry preparation.
- Relevant vocational training or hospitality education will be an advantage.
- Passion for bakery production and food preparation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Willingness to learn and develop professional baking skills.
Commis 2 Baker
- Previous experience in bakery or pastry production preferred.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards.
- Ability to assist in producing bakery items consistently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and production of bakery and pastry items.
- Follow standardized recipes and production procedures.
- Maintain product quality and presentation standards.
- Support senior bakers and pastry chefs in daily operations.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management and stock control activities.
- Contribute to achieving production targets and operational efficiency.
