Qualifications & Experience
- Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or a similar role will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Ability to communicate in Tamil will be considered an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work on roster-based schedules and night shifts.
- Candidates should be between 26 and 35 years of age.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, deliveries, and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Record customer interactions and maintain accurate customer service records.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to address customer concerns.
- Follow company policies and service standards when interacting with customers.
- Meet customer service performance targets and quality standards.
- Work on roster schedules, including night shifts when required.
