Qualifications & Experience
- Passed the G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) Examination.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Assistant or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Age below 35 years.
- Previous experience in retail customer service will be an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
