Qualifications & Experience
- Female candidates aged between 25 and 40 years
- Previous customer care or front office experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Sinhala and Tamil will be an added advantage
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance
- Ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients visiting the clinic
- Manage front desk operations and customer inquiries
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Maintain client records and administrative documentation
- Handle telephone, email, and walk-in inquiries professionally
- Support daily administrative activities of the clinic
- Ensure a positive customer experience at all times
- Coordinate with clinic staff to facilitate smooth operations
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- English language proficiency
- Sinhala and Tamil language skills will be advantageous
- Computer literacy and office administration skills
- Time management and multitasking abilities

- Working hours: Tuesday to Saturday from 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM
- Sunday working hours: 8.30 AM to 1.00 PM
- Closed on Mondays, Poya Days, and Mercantile Holidays
- Sinhala and Tamil language proficiency will be considered an added advantage
