Qualifications & Experience

  • Female candidates aged between 25 and 40 years
  • Previous customer care or front office experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Sinhala and Tamil will be an added advantage
  • Pleasant personality with a professional appearance
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients visiting the clinic
  • Manage front desk operations and customer inquiries
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments
  • Maintain client records and administrative documentation
  • Handle telephone, email, and walk-in inquiries professionally
  • Support daily administrative activities of the clinic
  • Ensure a positive customer experience at all times
  • Coordinate with clinic staff to facilitate smooth operations

  • Sinhala and Tamil language skills will be advantageous

  • Sunday working hours: 8.30 AM to 1.00 PM
