Qualifications & Experience
- GCE O/L or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service will be an added advantage.
- Basic mathematics and computer literacy skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
- Honest, reliable, and customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process cash, credit card, debit card, and other payment transactions accurately.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers.
- Maintain and balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Ensure accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing.
- Provide excellent customer service while handling inquiries and payments.
- Follow company procedures and financial controls at all times.
