Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a kitchen, bakery, pastry, or food preparation environment will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards.
- Experience in hot kitchen operations, pastry production, or bakery operations is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.
- Professional attitude and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and production according to company standards.
- Support kitchen, bakery, or pastry operations as assigned.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are maintained at all times.
- Prepare ingredients and assist senior chefs in daily operations.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
- Follow recipes, preparation methods, and quality control procedures.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in inventory handling and stock management when required.
