Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or tour guiding.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Fluency in Hindi will be considered an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience handling customer service responsibilities within the tourism sector is desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate Dambadiva pilgrimage tour groups.
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of guests throughout the tour.
- Provide accurate information about destinations, attractions, and local culture.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and other service partners.
- Handle tour-related documentation and administrative tasks.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain high service standards and positive guest experiences.
- Support the successful execution of tour itineraries and schedules.
