Qualifications & Experience
Guest Relations Officer
- Previous experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and maintain high service standards.
Receptionist
- Experience in hotel reception or front office operations is an advantage.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Computer literacy and customer service skills.
General Maintenance Technician
- Experience in hotel maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or general repairs.
- Ability to identify and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
- Technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Barista
- Experience in preparing coffee and specialty beverages preferred.
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and customer service.
- Friendly and professional attitude.
Bartender / Waiter
- Experience in hospitality, food and beverage service, or restaurant operations.
- Strong communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Spa Massage Therapist
- Relevant training or certification in massage therapy or spa treatments.
