Qualifications & Experience
- BSc Engineering (Civil) Degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant industry experience.
- At least 04 years of experience serving as a Construction Manager in building projects.
- Extensive experience in earthworks and surfacing activities within large-scale construction projects.
- Demonstrated ability to independently plan, coordinate, and execute construction operations.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project management principles, and site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all construction activities related to the assigned project.
- Plan, organize, and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Oversee earthworks, surfacing works, and other critical construction operations.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required.
- Manage site resources, workforce, equipment, and materials effectively.
- Prepare and review project reports, schedules, and performance metrics.
- Resolve construction-related challenges and maintain smooth project execution.
