Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer handling, customer service, call center operations, or a related field.
- G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification or a Diploma qualification is preferred.
- Fluency in Sinhala is essential.
- Ability to communicate in English and Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Basic IT knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for service excellence.
