Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer handling, customer service, call center operations, or a related field.
  • G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification or a Diploma qualification is preferred.
  • Fluency in Sinhala is essential.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Tamil will be an added advantage.
  • Basic IT knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for service excellence.
