Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service.
- Experience as a Sales Coordinator or in administrative/sales support roles within the BPO industry will be an added advantage.
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Well-organized, responsible, and capable of solving problems efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong dedication, professionalism, and customer-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams by managing schedules, organizing e-filing systems, and sharing relevant information.
- Ensure contracts issued to customers are accurate and tailored to customer requirements.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide high-quality customer support.
- Deliver after-sales support when required.
- Keep customers informed regarding delays, issues, or important updates.
- Prepare estimates based on customer requirements.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling products and services.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and service standards.
