Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Experience as a Sales Coordinator or in administrative/sales support roles within the BPO industry will be an added advantage.
  • Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in any field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Well-organized, responsible, and capable of solving problems efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong dedication, professionalism, and customer-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal teams by managing schedules, organizing e-filing systems, and sharing relevant information.
  • Ensure contracts issued to customers are accurate and tailored to customer requirements.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide high-quality customer support.
  • Deliver after-sales support when required.
  • Keep customers informed regarding delays, issues, or important updates.
  • Prepare estimates based on customer requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling products and services.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships and service standards.
