Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar pastry or bakery role.
  • Proven experience in preparing cakes, pastries, desserts, and baked products.
  • Strong cake decorating and pastry presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in mentoring or guiding junior kitchen staff will be an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
