Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar pastry or bakery role.
- Proven experience in preparing cakes, pastries, desserts, and baked products.
- Strong cake decorating and pastry presentation skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in mentoring or guiding junior kitchen staff will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
