Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Head Chef, Sous Chef, or in a senior culinary leadership role.
- Strong background in restaurant kitchen operations and food production management.
- Experience in menu development, food costing, and kitchen administration.
- Thorough knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage and motivate kitchen teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Culinary qualifications from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.
- Passion for innovation, quality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations and culinary activities.
- Develop innovative menus and seasonal food offerings.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
