Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Head Chef, Sous Chef, or in a senior culinary leadership role.
  • Strong background in restaurant kitchen operations and food production management.
  • Experience in menu development, food costing, and kitchen administration.
  • Thorough knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen compliance requirements.
  • Ability to manage and motivate kitchen teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Culinary qualifications from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.
  • Passion for innovation, quality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all kitchen operations and culinary activities.
