Job Overview

Pan Asia Banking Corporation PLC is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Executive – Institutional Sales to join its Deposit Mobilization Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving deposit growth by building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving deposit mobilization targets while contributing to the bank’s continued growth and success.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Full or part qualification in SLIM, CIM, or Banking.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized university is preferred.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a bank or financial institution.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an institutional or corporate sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of deposit products and banking operations.
  • Proven ability in planning, negotiation, and sales.
  • Customer-focused and target-driven personality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to mobilize deposits from institutional clients, including corporate organizations, government entities, and large institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target institutions.
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities to expand the bank’s deposit portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design customized deposit solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly deposit mobilization targets.
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and market feedback to senior management.
