Qualifications & Experience

Key Responsibilities
- Review delinquent accounts and determine appropriate legal and recovery actions.
- Attend courts and tribunals and coordinate with external legal counsel.
- Liaise with lawyers, courts, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders on recovery and litigation matters.
- Negotiate settlements and repayment arrangements while supporting dispute resolution activities.
- Maintain accurate legal, recovery, and case-related documentation.
- Prepare reports and updates on legal and recovery matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Support the continuous improvement of legal and recovery processes.
