Position Details
Abans Electricals PLC is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Executive – Talent Acquisition to support the company’s recruitment and onboarding functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, building talent pipelines, and supporting HR operations.

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management (HRM) or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment is essential.
- Experience in technical hiring will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Source, screen, and coordinate candidates effectively.
- Manage bulk and mass recruitment requirements within specified timelines.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Support employee engagement and HR operational activities.
- Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and HR documentation.
