Qualifications & Experience

  • G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management abilities.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Passion for customer service and the aviation industry.
  • Diploma or Certificate qualification in Aviation, Tourism, Travel, or a related field will be an added advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service within the aviation, travel, tourism, or hospitality industry will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day airline reservation and ticketing operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries through phone calls and email communications within established service standards.
  • Support customers with booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and special service requests.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline products, services, and policies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Deliver professional and efficient customer service at all times.
  • Support sales and customer engagement initiatives as required.
  • Ensure accurate handling of customer records and reservation details.
