Qualifications & Experience
- Undergraduate or Graduate in Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong interest in IT support and infrastructure management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to corporate IT systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver effective desktop support services to users across the organization.
- Attend to and resolve IT issues promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with vendor specialists when required.
- Maintain ICT infrastructure in accordance with company SOPs.
- Manage ICT inventory records and related documentation.
- Maintain issue logs, backup records, antivirus installation logs, software update records, and other ICT documentation.
- Provide basic ICT training and user support.
- Assist management with ad-hoc ICT support requirements.
- Support ICT-related projects and assigned technical activities.
Required Skills
- Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of desktop support and computer hardware.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts.
- Familiarity with operating systems and software installation.
