Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the relevant hospitality field.
- Experience in a luxury boutique hotel, star-class hotel, or resort environment is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage operational responsibilities efficiently.
- Strong customer service orientation and professional attitude.
- Willingness to work under pressure and extended working hours when required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong commitment to service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
F&B Associates / Trainee F&B Associates
- Deliver excellent customer service to hotel guests.
- Support food and beverage operations in accordance with hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas.
- Assist guests with inquiries and service requests.
- Ensure a pleasant dining experience for customers.
Chef De Partie (All Round)
- Manage assigned kitchen sections efficiently.
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes according to hotel standards.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
- Supervise junior kitchen staff when required.
- Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
Commis Chef I / II / III (Hot Kitchen)
- Assist in food preparation and cooking activities.
- Follow recipes and kitchen procedures accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen.
- Support senior chefs during service periods.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
