Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management or hotel operations.
- Strong understanding of hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Cost Control.
- Experience in budgeting, finance management, and hospitality operations.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, best practices, and hotel management systems.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office and email applications.
- Ability to build relationships with employees, contractors, service providers, and stakeholders.
- Foreign language proficiency will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
- Manage and supervise all hotel departments to ensure service excellence.
- Monitor budgets, cost controls, and operational efficiency.
- Lead, motivate, and develop hotel staff and department heads.
- Ensure compliance with hospitality standards and company policies.
- Maintain guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
- Monitor hotel performance and implement improvement initiatives.
