Qualifications & Experience
- Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management (PQHRM) or a Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Fluency in Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
- Experience in handling recruitment and employee relations activities.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
