Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in HR strategy, talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Oversee performance management systems and employee development programs.
- Promote employee engagement, retention, and a positive organizational culture.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution processes.
- Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration and recommend improvements.
- Lead and mentor the HR team while building capability and accountability.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare management reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with senior management to support business growth and organizational change initiatives.
