The organization is currently looking for a dedicated HR professional to manage and strengthen its human resource functions and contribute to organizational success.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a managerial HR role.
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare environment will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of Sri Lankan labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience handling employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR administration.
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Male candidates below 45 years of age are preferred by the employer.
- Applicants residing in Colombo or Gampaha areas will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all Human Resource operations and administrative functions.
- Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee retention activities.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Coordinate performance management and employee development programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation.
- Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees.
- Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
