Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or professional qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR functional area in an executive capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and regulations.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data management.
  • Experience with hSenid HRIS will be an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of performance management and employee development practices.
  • Candidates below 40 years of age are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with divisional heads to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system to ensure effectiveness and consistency.
  • Identify current and future training needs and manage employee training and development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labour laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and organizational development activities.
  • Ensure efficient and effective management of all HR operational functions.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and employee documentation.
