Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or professional qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR functional area in an executive capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and regulations.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data management.
- Experience with hSenid HRIS will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of performance management and employee development practices.
- Candidates below 40 years of age are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with divisional heads to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system to ensure effectiveness and consistency.
- Identify current and future training needs and manage employee training and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labour laws and regulatory requirements.
- Lead talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and organizational development activities.
- Ensure efficient and effective management of all HR operational functions.
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee documentation.
