Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Partly or fully qualified in a recognized professional body such as CIPM.
  • Minimum two years of experience in handling HR-related activities.
  • Strong knowledge of human resource management practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work as an effective team player.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours when required to meet deadlines.
