Qualifications & Experience

  • Age between 18 – 22 years.
  • G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) with a minimum of 6 passes, including Credit passes for English and Mathematics.
  • G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) with a minimum of 3 passes (excluding General English).
  • Diploma or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certificate or Diploma in Banking & Finance from IBSL will be preferred.
  • Basic IT knowledge, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous experience in Banking, Finance, or Customer Service will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily banking operations and customer service activities.
  • Assist customers with banking inquiries and service requests.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Support branch and departmental administrative functions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to delivering excellent customer service standards.
  • Assist with operational and business support activities as assigned.
