Qualifications & Experience
- Age between 18 – 22 years.
- G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) with a minimum of 6 passes, including Credit passes for English and Mathematics.
- G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) with a minimum of 3 passes (excluding General English).
- Diploma or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Certificate or Diploma in Banking & Finance from IBSL will be preferred.
- Basic IT knowledge, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous experience in Banking, Finance, or Customer Service will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily banking operations and customer service activities.
- Assist customers with banking inquiries and service requests.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support branch and departmental administrative functions.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Contribute to delivering excellent customer service standards.
- Assist with operational and business support activities as assigned.
