Qualifications & Experience

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in facilities and infrastructure management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Sinhala.
  • Basic understanding of building systems and maintenance operations.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic corporate environment.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support facilities and infrastructure operations across the organization.
  • Assist in the management and monitoring of HVAC and electrical systems.
  • Participate in energy calculations and efficiency improvement initiatives.
  • Support CAD planning and drawing-related activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance requirements.
  • Assist in maintenance planning and facility management projects.
  • Contribute to workplace health and safety initiatives.
  • Support documentation, reporting, and operational activities related to facilities management.
  • Assist with administrative and project-related tasks assigned by the Facilities Management team.
