Qualifications & Experience
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in facilities and infrastructure management.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Sinhala.
- Basic understanding of building systems and maintenance operations.
- Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic corporate environment.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support facilities and infrastructure operations across the organization.
- Assist in the management and monitoring of HVAC and electrical systems.
- Participate in energy calculations and efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Support CAD planning and drawing-related activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance requirements.
- Assist in maintenance planning and facility management projects.
- Contribute to workplace health and safety initiatives.
- Support documentation, reporting, and operational activities related to facilities management.
- Assist with administrative and project-related tasks assigned by the Facilities Management team.
